LAMINATIONS

Our Flexbarrier Laminations are Custom Tailored to Your Product's Barrier and/or Protection Requirements. We Combine a Variety of Substrates to Form Structures which Create Oxygen and Water Vapor Barriers to Maintain the Integrity of Your Product. Materials we Utilize Include: Polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Oriented Polypropylene (OPP), Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP), Polyester (PET), Metallized Polyester (METPET), Biaxially Oriented Nylon (BON), Cellophane and other Specialty Materials. Saran (PVDC) or EVOH can be Added for Enhanced Barrier Properties. We Will Test Your Product or Follow Your Specifications to Design a Lamination that Will Protect Your Product and Protect Your Graphics from Scratching.

Laminations can be Provided in Roll Stock or Pouch Form. All Roll Stock Films are Slit to Accurate Web Widths for Usage on Horizontal Form, Fill and Seal (HFF&S), Vertical Form, Fill and Seal (VFF&S), Lidstock and Pouch Forming Equipment.

All Laminations can be Produced with up to Ten Color Flexographic Printing, Line or Process. Ink can be "Trapped" to Prevent Marring of your Graphics.
